Missing game save?

It appears that I am still missing a file. I can upload/export, sign players,and do everything normally but when I look at a players card or try to negotiate a deal it pops up and says I am missing saved game file. I can ok on that and still move forward and sign players but it keeps popping up and is annoying.

Does anybody know what file I need? and can you direct me where to get it?

It's probably the first season's end of season file. . . look for the end of season 2006 file and upload that. . .
