GG, rando. Soooo, it was only one game but after seeing Erickson go notch a 152.8 QB rating, I'm going to tentatively say that rejiggering our formations to put much more 3WR on the field was a big improvement.

I didn't realize until taking a closer look that Rex was almost completely ignoring SB-Trips. Can't understand why it would do that. We always run SB-Norm and Trips in roughly equal numbers.

These stats look a little more like post-Vinny Stewart Boston to me. Augustine, Buchanan, and Poff, all WRs, each had 80+ receiving yards.

I really like how our defense played in this one, getting lots of pressure on the QB. Hopefully the D can build on this and finish out the year strong.

Next up is a big divisional game vs New Orleans.

Lost another one and it looks like we will be passing the mantle on over to the new king of the north. GG Portland.

We played well enough to win, but Portland's defense forced us into 4 FG while they scored TD's.

We slogged our way to another win this week, and in the process it seems we have discovered that San Francisco is the only team that can pick my QB off. At least they are so far this season.

Our defense was the story in this one, just manhandling the Frisco passing game, rendering their strong running game moot.

          GG San Fran.

GG Foos, I really don't understand why we are losing so many games, however this one was close enough to keep me interested in it.

We were both restricted to field goals for the most part. You guys had the ball for most of the game and the passing game looked good for you guys. We managed to shut down the dangerous RB Pearson and our own run game caused you problems.

We don't beat you guys often so I will take the win however it comes. Good luck rest of the season
