It wasn't very flattering because Chris didn't handle himself very well. We're grown folks though and we should be able to call it like it is. Whether you like or dislike Ben, you have to know that he's helped folks out a millions times more than anybody else has. He's not a machine even though sometimes he's so quick to answer questions we think he is. No worries though, I've been impatient in the past as well, we're all human. Meanwhile, back to the task at hand! :)
