  • Week 6 Discussion

    Sharks will face bye this week with 3 main names as the starrings of our unexpected 5-0 start.

    QB Corwin Galligher --> In his 10th Year heīs playing his best football so far in his contract year, asking for the famous Franchise + Extension formula. Yet in the prime of his career and perfectly in sync with the system and his WRs Corwin has completed 74.5% of his passes with a whopping 8.30 Avg/A 1370 Yards 12 Touchdowns against 1 Pick and an Outsanding passer rating of 120.5. Heīs not using his legs as before and only rushed 8 Times for 47 yards, but to be honest he didnīt need that with his improved Defense recognition and arm.

    RB Tito Dilly --> After the Draft day controversia with Sharkn20 trying to move the pick without Dilly to be picked by Rob, the rookie is paying for his late 1st Round selection so far showing the other 30 teams that passed on him how much he worths. 44 rushes 255 yards with an Avg of 5.80 through the ground and 21 catches of 24 thrown in his direction for 130 yards. Tito is a ROY candidate and outplayed Grauman in 2 of the 5 games of the Sharks this year. Weīre really happy with his selection and will have my confidence to fill in the big shoes of Grauman when he eventually leaves at the end of the season.

    CB Christian Harmon --> "Undrafted rookie from a Minor Conferenceīs FBS team, didnīt hear his name during the Draft process, was invited for TC, impressed the Coaches out there and takes the starting job in the OSFL" One of these histories that we all like to see in the TV, and thatīs the kind of histories that you normally have every year when you are following the Sharks. We still having success Drafting CBs in later rounds and hiring Undrafted CBs who fit our system. Christian is the next name on the list. Starting the 5 first games of the season he allowed only 8 catches and defended 3 balls for a 80.3 PDPct. With a lot to grow yet this Big CB fits in perfectly our Bump and Run system!
    Miami Sharks (BLB)
    * BLB Champions --> 2017, 2020.

    Ohio River Sharks (OSFL)
    * OSFL Bowl CHAMPION > 2036, 2047.

    1-4 Portland Phantoms welcome the 2-2 Denver Grizzlies in week 6. Should be a tough game.

        I looked at your roster and you don't look like a 1-4 team. Should be fun. I don't understand game planning yet on this version so I am kind of flying by the seat of my pants.

          I was trying to get you to trade pick to me, I was wanting to pick him badly.

            Rob as well man, if not for hi hole recognition I am sure he would be picked in the Top 10

              Michael Bush of Anchorage is the top ROY candidate at running back at this point in the season.

                  GG Irish. We've looked better the last three games but it hasn't been enough to win any of them! Now we're 1-5 and sinking fast. Hopefully the return of Axel Erickson this week at QB can help tilt the scales, but he's been left with a mountain to climb.

                    Our defense completely gave up in the second half this week and we lost because of it. Haven't seen a collapse like that from them in a while, and it looks like we're just a bad team at this point.

                        GG Foos. Injuries are taking their toll. Especially to our o-line. The bye week will be welcomed.

                          GG Aston. I feel your pain. We are 2-4, and I don't know how we have found ways to lose these games. In this game, you did a great job shutting down our running game and got over 400 yards on offense. We somehow found a way to squeak out a FG near the end of the game to win it.

                              I know that feel, man. Had a couple seasons tanked or severely harmed by injuries, including losing CB1 before super bowl vs Nutah. The injury goddess is a harsh mistress.
