As a general rule, M-thru-F during the offseason and M/W/F during the season.

Export deadlines, unless otherwise noted, are at 11 AM EST.

See Guide to Midweek Additions if you need to put a new player in your depth chart for a game. I can handle that for you.

Draft Guide: From Wednesday, August 26 through Sunday, August 30, we will have have Round 1 proceed with each team given a 14-hour time to make their pick. If Round 1 finishes early, Round 2 will continue in the same way until Monday.

On Monday, August 31, the draft timer will go live from 11AM to 10PM EST with shorter time allotted for each pick (see schedule below).

If a day's allotted draft rounds finishes early, the draft will continue untimed.

If a day's allotted draft rounds don't finish, it will spill over into the next day. We'll catch up eventually!

As a courtesy to your fellow owners, please check in regularly while the draft is ongoing, and set an autofire players queue if you plan on not being around. Teams whose times expire will get docked available time for their remaining picks.

Playoff Notes: Playoff sims can be run as soon as all human teams are ready and notify me via PM.

Just a heads up, am not very happy to don't have a SIM on Monday when the real Draft starts. Unless it goes fast the teams that draft at the end of the 1st round won't have a SIM to throw interviews to take their first round picks who are left after the weekend.

Two possible solutions :

* Start untimed Draft on Monday the 24th to give more time to the first round to advance

* Give an extra SIM (?Midweek) on Monday the 31st to throw that Interviews at the bottom of the 1st...

As we only have 12 Interviews I think it's more fair for the managers who reached the play-offs this year.

Just a heads up, am not very happy to don't have a SIM on Monday when the real Draft starts. Unless it goes fast the teams that draft at the end of the 1st round won't have a SIM to throw interviews to take their first round picks who are left after the weekend.

This is what I expect. To start the untimed clock early... It will be hard to predict what players are going to be there or not... If Round 1 starts oficially on Monday we don't have time to squish the interviews... or maybe we can start the official Draft on Tuesday...

That said, the Monday no-sim was accidentally left in there from last year's schedule (oops!) and there's no special reason there has to be no sim that day. So we'll have an extra FA sim on Monday.

I'm also going to have to miss the Tuesday 9/8 sim most likely, which means 3 LFA sims instead of 4. Stay tuned on that end.

The stars simply line up against me in this league. I will be on the road for the entire draft - yet again - so I might as well drop out now and see if someone else wants to take the reigns. The AI would have to do my draft anyways.

I know some people come up with a great big list in DraftAnalyzer and use that for the entire draft, but I've never been sure how that works. If you do have to leave, thanks for being a part of the league. And let me know any time you'd like back in.
