  • SIM COMPLETE - WEEK 14

    http://osfl.oldredboat.com/exports/l...t_07_26_07.zip

I would comment on games and standings, but I don't look at the HTML prior to watching my own game, so....yeah. Also note the sexy new team logo pictures on the main league summary page - thanks to Hoosier for whipping those up. Next up are larger team pictures for the individual team pages, followed by the long-awaited HTML color scheme edits for each team's page so their page reflects their actual colors. Followed at some point down the right with some cooler, more sweeping changes.

Next sim is tomorrow (Friday) night - Midweek 15.

Great win for us, the game started with a fantastic 98 yard drive for a touchdown and we never looked back. Best game we played all season against a very good Gainesville side. We now find ourselves just one game behind Memphis :D

Skip Alig was the MVP in this on rushing for 191 yards. Lessem had a good first half but could not complete a thing in the second half, thankfully Alig was unstoppable.

Heath Tewkesbury is a beast! Three interceptions, a touchdown, and a safety.

Roger Boren also got 2 sacks to bring him to 15 on the year.

Now that was an asswhuppin'. Our defensive play calling was horrendous. We turned over the ball and Alig was just amazing. One game and now we dropped from the 3rd to the 6th seed in the playoffs with Morgantown breathing down our necks.

How many more rabbits can we pull out of the hat? Our offense was pitifully anemic. Daytona has a really good defense, but we really played terribly on offense. Galloway needs to step it up or we will see an early exit from the playoffs. Speaking of playoffs, we clinched the division. What a turn around from last season. It's pretty hard to believe. We got lucky this week though. You guys played a great game Daytona.

Our offense looked like HELL in this game. Cothran woke up briefly for a scoring drive, but otherwise it was a pretty pathetic display. I knew we'd miss Fleming, but damn. Otherwise we had a kick blocked, committed a host of stupid penalties, and generally played some pretty uninspired football. Oh, and we lost YET ANOTHER OL. But fortunately we're getting one back this week.

3 game divisional lead with 3 weeks to play, but it looks like we'll be backing our way into the playoffs and hoping we hit our stride again when Fleming and some key OL guys return from injury.

That was a horrendous display. Ol' Kenny Gaylor threw 5 picks, including one that was taken back for a score. 5 picks. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure Pearl Harbor has been bombed again and has to be completely rebuilt.

Well we took the lead in the AC North, but Price goes down with another late season injury. Abrams did look good in his absence though.

Riders officially have fallen into the category of "EXTREME SUCKING." Knopf has a tendency to go into a long bomb mode at the fifty yard line. Instead of managing the game and running, he's automatically going deeeeeeeeeeppppppp and the receivers either dropppppppppppp the damn ball or the pass falls harmlessly incompleeeeeeeete.

I'm benching the qb and playing the backup for the rest of the season.

                            GG. . .

The San Francisco Bayhawks traveled to play the Anchorage Gladiators and lost by the final score of 23-14. Our defense kept us in the game, but our offense struggled once again this week. The Bayhawks (1-12) host the Pearl Harbor Defenders (5-8) next week and need to find a way to win the game. Can the Bayhawks win again this season?
