They do, I had the choice between Kalispel and Utah but I personally thought that rebuilding a mediocre team sounded more fun than continuing a dynasty.

I agree with this. I'd usually grab the worst team, because I like to build it up from nothing.

Despite Utah's past success, I hadn't realized they basically sat through free agency. They currently have the most incomplete roster in the league -- a 0 rating -- so there's plenty of work to be done here, too!
