The bad news heading into the playoffs: Our pass defense hasn't been so good and going against a monster passing offense like Washington's will be a challenge.
The good news: Shannon Fulton is healthy and ready to get back on the field. And he's PISSED!! This was the first season in his career he has not started and played in all 16 games. He's been injured most of the season and he has a lot of hitting and picking off balls to do after missing so much time.
We got away with giving up a lot of points in the our earlier meeting against Washington. I'm hoping we can get that under control this week. One advantage...The Bombers will be without their leading WR, Ryder Shelton. That's a big plus in our column.

GL, sir. You'll likely drop another 40+ on us. Our defense needs some TLC this off-season. I plan on doing a bit of tinkering with the offense because of the injury. My heart dropped when I saw "Ryder Sheldon goes down," and nothing else afterwards in the PBP. Plus, I saw some trash offensively last game that shouldn't have been happening.
But since I never bet against my own squad, I'll say 31-28 OT win for us. :)
That's the most time I've spent on a game plan in a long, long while. Without my starting QB I think it's all a bit moot, but here's to hoping for a chance in hell.
Looks like I messed with my receiving corps a bit too much as Bigfoot wasn't targeted as much as I would've liked. Or you blanketed him with one of your fine, fine CBs and shut him down.
Ha ha, really? Utah just got done playing Phoenix in Week 17.
3rd times the charm, this game is proof im my own worst enemy, and that this game is still too MACRO for me
after a 8 point loss in week 17, normally id have tinkered with my gameplan made adjustments and probably have laid an egg. this time i looked at the week 17 results and we just killed ourselves, 2 picks and kicked fg's in the redzone. gameplan was fine so i left it i didn't even upload, and we won handily. to be fair Utah turned the ball over (syron threw 3 picks 1 in the endzone) but i feel were pretty close and its hard to overcome those
now its time to go to the utility belt and get out my trusty
Granberry does it again. Well this time a little help from a defense that forced 5 turnovers (3 interceptions, 2 fumbles). He ends up going 27/41, 347 yards, 2 TD's and no interceptions.
