He looks like he could be decent some day. Kid threw 40 some passes without a pick. Not bad, really. I was actually trying to gang up on Tatum, then once we were ahead kind of forgot about him.

Viola dropped three passes. Had he caught two of those, it could have gotten ugly, because that dude can score from anywhere on the field. That was pretty rare. My offense is still kind of sputtering...

That surprised me too. My running game sucks this year. Thankfully my D doesnt give upm a ton of points and my QB Reese played great ball control football. GG N. Liberty.

2nd and 21- PC45 (2Q: 00:38) Glen Hecht pass completed to WR Louie Lira for 44 yards. Tackled by CB Kelvin Fargnoli. Lira gained 15 yards after the catch.

Motor City called a time out.

1st and Goal - PC01 (2Q: 00:31) Allen Goble attempted a 18 yard field goal and succeeded. Motor City 13, Port City 0

So, 1st and goal from the 1 with :31 left and no timeouts and he kicks the FG. I'm assuming there's no "stopping the clock" logic written into the game (aka spiking the ball), but you would think the game would at least take a shot at the endzone. Weird. No big deal though.

I'm getting killed by injuries this season. Team got fat and happy in the off-season.
That is weird but there is stopping the clock logic. I've seen it happen a number of times on late drives.

The Aces looked very good this week on both sides of the ball for the first time this season. Late round RB Derrick Reader gave us our first decent rushing performance of the year, and that helped our Favreian QB Jumbo Clements hit on almost 70 percent of his passes. Defensively, we were stingy and opportunistic and were able to force a few big turnovers which helped us win.

GG to Brooklyn, and now its a showdown with Columbus that I really am looking forward to. Should be a pretty good matchup, and a test for my defense.

I thought your D was going to get you the win today. 3 fumble recoveries in our redzone to set up 21 points and then we decide to fumble the ball late in the game inside your 10 yard line. We managed to get a defensive stop to set us up in great field position where we pushed ourselves back again with a penalty but Lessem and Watkins hooked up on a big play to set up the game winning FG with 0:07 to play. Alig with another strong performance in this one.

It was a chilly September day in St. Paul. For some reason, we seem to crumble in the 2nd half of games. We've scored 75 points in the first half of our 3 games, and 9 points in the second half of the 3 games. That has to change, and it will. I consider our defense just a tick below average, but we certainly have one of the best offenses in the league. They need to start producing late in games. I'd consider our win this week a lucky one. Galloway looks great (22/31, 224, 2/0). Cote is a machine (28/109/1, and 6 catches, 25 yds and a TD). Holzberger made his first catch as a Bandit. We have an early lead in the NC North. Nice. GG SF.

Was a good game. Thought we had a shot at pulling it off at the end, but we threw an INT which ended our hopes of a comeback. We are 0-3 and need to do some serious soul searching now. We really need to step it up and stop making mistakes or we are in for a long ride this season.

I meant to post yesterday and forgot. GG. At least, I think we are taking steps in the right direction.
