For this training camp sim, you need to set your training camp schedule from the "Begin Training Camp" button. To save the schedule, click the "Run Training Camp" button. It won't do anything on your end in the form of ratings changes or anything, but it will save your training camp schedule so that when I import the files and run the camps, your schedule will be imported.

Use the Weight Training screen to direct your player to bulk up or trim down prior to training camp.
The Weights button is only available on the player information screen immediately after the late free agency stage ends and before training camp begins. During this time, you can ask your players either to bulk up or trim down. This will affect the player's weight.
The screen shows the player's current height and weight, and how his body mass compares to the average player at his position. Players who are at the ideal weight for the their positions will perform better.
In addition, weight training can bring your player closer to the ideal weight for another position. This might help them change positions later in their careers.
