I know that. So what do you think of the number one pick? Definitely the number 1 QB on the board by far, and definitely a team need.. I think North Liberty made the right choice, but you have to question his accuracy and timing.

Allen is going to be a beast when he decides to tuck it and run, elprez- He definitely looks like a Vince Young type.

            Anyone got crash's phone number?

I love the pick. Like I said, it was a pick he had to make. You can find some areas that may be a little weaker, but to pass on him at #1 I think would've been a MAJOR roll of the dice.

It's almost like the Raiders pick of Russell. He needs to work on some areas, but they had to pick him.

Well looking at NL performance at the QB position last year, there was only one other option and I just chose to start fresh. Of course, if there is significant performance by either of the other young qbs we've got, he may be a little disgruntled come opening day.

Allen comes in as my top overall pick. He will be the face of this franchise for years to come. Allen was a winner at Oregon State, and his great showing at the combine all but sealed the deal making him the top rated player on my board.

We talk about bringing athleticism to the position, Allen gives you that. Great arm strength, agility, good speed. He can make something out of nothing when protection breaks down.

We need something like this after every pick in the first three rounds. :)

The only problem I have with this draft is that I spent a lot of interviews that gave me the result.. .

"hard to read. . ." What's up with that?
