Similar to PXT's Heath Morton in week 1, our rookie QB Norm Dakota had a very solid start in his preseason debut:

Norm Dakota 15/20, 198 pass yds, 15 rush yds, 2 TD's, 0 INTs, 139.2 QB rating

Looks like a great crop of rookie QB's this year. I hope my guy turns out to be the best but the other QB's look great as well.

What's the deal with Boston releasing their 1st round QB from '32 in pre-season 1? Is that some screwy AI thing or did Nutah do that? Not that he needs any help but that's not fair for any new GM if HAL did it.

Hehe, that was me. When I took over Boston, the first thing I saw was that we had low cap, two 1st round QBs in three drafts, QB Cary Money, and a $99M/3-year contract for QB Austin Cash. The cut QB went -7 in his FOF2007 rookie TC, and that sounds about right.

I think we'll see some good players getting cut around the league going forward just because of cap issues. Luckily (?) there aren't a lot of core pieces on this team, but to get financially ship shape ASAP, we'll have to eat those penalties in big chunks in the near term.

YAHOOOO!!!!! I may have finally, in all the seasons of drafting QB's in all my leagues, found "THE" guy. Heath Morton went +8/+15 from his initial draft rating. Plus, he's only a third developed. Lots more room to get even better. I think I just felt a tingle down under.

As for the rest of the class....they all sucked ass and went backwards.

uuuhmmm I donīt like this at least Galligher went +2/+2 and all my young CBs crept a lot in the Pre-Week 2, will be a nice battle
