  • Problem with latest file

I get this message when I try and click on any player:

"Unable to load past season data file. Saved game is missing"

Not sure what I need to do to fix this. :?:

If you havent downloaded the patch yet, download it and install it, then try again and see what happens.

Yeah, we're not supposed to be patching yet. I'm not sure what else you have going from a leagues perspective, but did you try a reinstall of FOF? I've heard that has fixed other people's problems. But I'm not sure why you're having trouble when everyone else is working fine....

I don't think installing the patch will be an issue. For people playing in multiple leagues, what are they supposed to do? I am in 4 leagues, and they will most assuredly patch at different times. A file from the patched game should be handled no differently by the commish, as none of these fixes change the way the game exports files.

I would think the only patch that would really truly matter when it comes down to sims and the like would be the one on the commish computer, since it is the one running the games.

I have already patched and I am having no issues at all loading my leagues or anything else.

I've downloaded the patch since it clearly states no compatability problems with other mp game files, etc. The patch also is, I think it applies to Heelfan's problem, has a fix in it for a computer virus ware compatability problem. . ..

I guess I just can download the patch and that is the game itself.

got it working. Had to re-install and download the end of season file first. :D

Yeah, that is the most common cause of the "stat error" message. You have to download the end of season file each season. That file is where all of the stats of the year are stored.
