Brooklyn hired my EX-HC as a coordinator. We went with a youth movement on the sidelines in MC. I needed a change to hopefully get these guys to stop taking game-killing penalties.

Click on them and on the far right at the top there should be a button marked SUMMER.

They have to be 2nd year players.

There is a small (perhaps very small) risk of injury. It can help speed up the development of a player (mainly those who receive playing time in their 2nd season.)
