      I also tried to clean house and it does not seem to have worked.

            According to the game, it will only replace staff if a better coach is available. Is it possible there were no selections better than what you guys had? I haven't looked at mine yet, so I'll get back if I was able to replace a few guys.

                Yes. In the coach retention stage. Which is right before the staff draft. So you will have to wait till next off season if you want to promote a guy to HC

                  Just checked and I kept the coaches I wanted and replaced the others. Unfortunately the new coaches I got aren't the best. My HC and DC are the only ones who are good at interviewing. Both are decent scouts. The others stink at scouting. This will be an interesting off season. I have a feeling my player ratings are going to be way out of whack.

                    Gameplan is a lot important in coordinators and mine suck... Can't believe no better coaches was available

                      Seems my SC will be great at getting my players back on the field, but sucks at preventing the injuries.
