Hoping there is at least one starting QB in the bunch. Have to replace 100 year old Mickey Baines. I don't think he can make it through another season. At least, not without a cane or a walker.OSFL

Instead a WR who ran a 4.41 could finish with a 100 BPR (if his bar once interviewed shows it) and he had a bad day in the combine... lot of this situations happened each year in the real NFL!!
A lot important diference.Last edited by Sharkn20; 03-06-2014, 02:58 PM.Miami Sharks (BLB)

Be carefull drafting players who looks one thing and bars are other... Just an example in my 1st SP league:
1º) I picked CB Axel Leddet with the #32 overall pick (50 Combine correlation set at this point, now I´m playing with 75 like in the FFL)
Looks like around 45/50 CB with endurance problem who can handle one on one coverages easily and good hands... Fine for me to play in the slot and back-up starters, and a big hitter who can cause fumbles as well as he can do press-coverage... (You can see his Analize Bars and Combines) Remeber that 50 combine correlation.
2º) After years of evolution he ends in 37/37, you can see his evolution in #2 Pick and his final bars in #3 Pick.
3º) Check his stats in the #4 Pick playing mostly in Cover-2 with the 2nd WR or playing in the slot, also he only forced 4 Fumbles in his entire career... He´s a 4th or 5th round value... But I picked him at the end of the 1st due his combines (he´ve a monster day at Indianapolis before the Draft)....
Absoluty Bust for me, I kept him during 5 seasons wating a bump but never came so I release him in this year 5th week to create space for a new player...
So pick combines, bars and interviews all together before take a decision! NOW DRAFT IS A LOT MORE HARD!!
Feel free to discuss that pick and enjoy sharing with us your experiences! We need to learn together!Last edited by Sharkn20; 03-06-2014, 08:26 PM.Miami Sharks (BLB)

Perhaps that SOL score was indicative of the fact he was likely going to hit the low end of his rating capabilities.
I'm surprised he didn't get back up over 40 at some point, especially after that big bump in rookie camp. Could that be your scout? Meaning, he is over 40 but your scout is viewing him lower because he kinda stinks?
I'm actually a bit surprised you cut him. Seemed good enough to keep around (in a mp league).

He underperform his ratings, or maybe the sistem that I used is bad for him, you know that in this game, are players adapted to the system mostly.
No scouts in this game all coaches contribute to tell you the ratings of players, (OC / DC have special importance telling it in Offensive / Defensive players) maybe he was over 40 sometime, in his 5 Interception´s year campaign (also his first contract year, so he played well to earn a paycheck?? I don´t know if that kind of psych could be there, but I saw it frecuently...)
Good point that SOL rating, nice observation man, probably as a Dime-Back, or just for Cohesion, but I need that spot and other DBs was playing better than him, or my system fit well better for they.Miami Sharks (BLB)
