So what all are we doing this sim? What do I need to do?
The next sim is the staff signing sim. If you have staff whose contract has run out (or you want to replace your existing staff), you need to make an offer to a staff member who is not under contract (you can't make offers to guys who are already under contract.)
Just out of curiosity, what happens if at the end of the staff signing period a position (Head Coach, Def Co-Ord, Off Co-Ord, Scout) is still open?
The AI automatically signs one for you.. usually not a good thing (unless you get very lucky.)
