AC: Anchorage, Memphis, Motor City (bye), Phoenix (bye), WC = Portland, WC = Port City (but 4 others tied at 5-5)

NC: Dakota, Columbus (bye), S. Maryland, LV (bye), WC = Charlotte, WC= Camden (morgantown also at 6-4)
