    GG, Stags!

The Bees offense just never clicked into gear and your pass defense was stupendous. Nice work. :)

Thanks Cotton; My Rookie QB showed up after a 4 week hiatis. Also the winless ranks have ended and the OSFL has it's first 1000 yd rusher or should i say rushers. Congrads.

We committed 13 penalties for 124 yards!!!!! We turned the ball over twice including once inside our own 20 and we also let Port City return a kickoff for a TD.

Glad to get out of their with the victory.

                That is all.
I'm surprised that my defense is playing as well as it is. We're not that talented on that side of the ball, but we're 4th in both scoring defense and total defense. The one hint I'd offer here is that I think affinities are important enough to pick up scrub players just for the purpose of good chemistry. I don't think that fully explains my defensive success, but it certainly has helped.

SkyDog -- if you have a couple strong conflicts on your team do the Strong affinities cancel them out?

187 yards from scrimmage and 2 TD's for Kenneth Clements. Passes the 1000 yard mark. Slightly extends his lead in the race for the rushing title. He did put it on the carpet once.

I'm finally starting to get this Bend Don't Break/Pseudo-Cover 2 thing going with my D. There's still a little too much bend in there and I'm lucky to get bailed out by forcing quite a few turnovers. I won't win in the playoffs if I can't start generating a pass rush.

GG Los Alamos - Despite the TOs... it was a close game most of the way.

I don't know how the algorithm works, but I know that it was important enough in the last version that I would never, never allow strong conflicts to exist beyond the first year. I'd either get a new position leader, or ship someone out of there in the offseason.

And Lucky regressed a little. Though, it's not all his fault. Your pass defense played really well, and my game plan was to challenge them and throw deep. Oops! Back to ball control? Prolly.

A new position leader, even if he's a mediocre player, can go a long way.

I had an extreme conflict between my starting HB and QB in another league and they were both playing like crap. And we were losing like crazy.

So, I selected Free Agents from the Roster Screen, sorted by Leadership, and came up with a really mediocre fullback who had a higher leadership rating than my HB. When I went to make him an offer, three players were 'excited'. So... I had three fullbacks, the third stringer basically a towel waver on the bench, but my HB and QB broke out of their slumps and we started winning a few games and the Extreme Conflict - which always involves your QBs or leaders - was gone.

I can say I'm having a great time in the league so far and can't wait for the offseason.

                              GG Rubisco, you bastard!
I'm liking my rookie QB. Best move of the year so far.

Ohio Valley --- just watching Solevision ---- 1Q: you had 141 yards to my 6 #-o --- at that point I hired the new FA motivator Joey Porter to come in and slap the players around --- it worked I had 320 yards to 125 over the next 3 ---- =D>
