Great. We're limping into the playoffs without our top RB and TE too now.

Utah limps into the playoffs without the luxury of a bye, but I suppose the good news is we did have a good showing against Los Alamos. 2 kickoff returns back to back for TDs, one for each team. But we settled in and held the Monsters to under 22 minutes TOP and under 200 yards.

Little to no game tape on Memphis, however.

          Season notes:

For the first time since 2019, someone other than Randy Boone finishes as the team's leading passer. TE Edwin Blades ties for the team lead in receptions with 56 catches, and finishes second in yards with 761. He's been doubted, but has really become a force.

I know I love my defense, but back to back shutouts is something to crow about.

That and we make the playoffs.

We go into the playoffs with our top 2 RB down, as opposed to last year when it was just Gornitsky. I think he is allergic to the postseason. We are signing a guy to replace him, so a midweek would be cool, then I can set my lineup and be ready to roll.

The Denver Grizzlies were 8-1 at one point in this season, and went on a seven game losing skid to close out the year. Wow.

That's why I think never despair when you're 4-5 or 3-6. You never know when you could go on a 7-game streak one way or another. :P

Started 3-4, suffered a bunch of key injuries, finished 8-1.

Started 1-0, went downhill from there.

Maybe rookie QB Battle will develop into a good QB, since QB Gray seems to have fizzled out. If not, I'll be in the hunt for a good QB in the draft.

I would not be surprised to see RB Kinney and DE Carraher, 9th and 10th year players respectively retire. Kinney has missed only 1 game in his career, while Carraher has not missed any.

Both would be deserving of the Legends of the Game award, and both will be missed when they retire.

                          1-5 showing vs our division

or else would have a playoff showing right now
great offensive season with QB Shedleski showing his eliteness
and the revival of Rico Suave Knight (top 5 wr)
we are contemplating switching back to a 3-4 on defense because this has not worked
probably the reason we are one of the worst ranked defenses
n just realized Utah K Blakely 51/61 wow
