Okay, guess I'm going to crowd source the name change. I can't seem to settle on anything, though I'm leaning towards the Morgantown Mastodons. Why? Because it would continue the metal tradition in Morgantown by referencing Mastodon. Hmm, maybe Morgantown Megalodons. That may make for a better helmet.

Also, Morgantown Maulers.

You guys have any thoughts/ideas?

That would be up to the Leagues Administration, but...my opinion is there shouldnt be 2 teams with the same nickname.

There arent 2 Cowboys in the NFL....or 2 Yankees in baseball...just doesnt seem right. No offense intended...its your team and like i said its the League's decision...not mine.
