Draft Chat

I've installed a new, off-site draft chat from Envolve, that is embedded into every page.

About the chat:
-It can be turned off entirely:

-You can login with a custom username by creating an Envolve account
-You can request a private chat with another user by hovering over their name
-You can pop the chat out of the page
-Limited to 25 concurrent users, and may not work well on mobile

That's about it. Hopefully at the same time we've also solved the bandwith issues that were still going on with conscriptor.

The other thing is to possibly expect more hiccups throughout today anyway, since it seems the utility prior to this morning's updates already burned through the daily bandwith limit for the site.

not adblock cause at home on firefox with adblock it worked fine, im at work using chrome and no chat

It eventually came up. Wouldn't be surprised if my popup task bar was just blocking it and I didn't see it.
