Soooooo.... Memphis is still in the hunt at 5-8, but we're not at 6-7 with games left to play against a current Wildcard team. Good to know. We'll have to make sure the team sees this.

        bulletin board material!

you can take me off tho

with my pending loss to utah that should put me out of the hunt. also i dont have the tiebreaker over anyone other than Waco. and my final 3 games are on the road. and i may not even risk playing stan morrision coming off his hyper extended knee for the last 3 games. i just wanted to make sure Denver didnt get a top 10 pick

Come on AC people, Nutah isn't that difficult to beat. Edited to add this: ;)

Then again someone traded the 1.7 pick to him, so I guess we're just reaping what we sow for continuing to trade with him.

            NC WEST
Yuma and SF are both 9-4, both 6-4 in the Conference and both 3-1 in the Division, but Yuma beat SF the last time they faced each other, so this could very well be the deciding game for their Division. Who ever loses though, will still be in the WC hunt, and more than likely make the playoffs.

            NC EAST
Boston has the Division wrapped up. Brooklyn has a tough final 3 games, Boston, Phoenix and Camden. Camden doesn't really have it any easier, as they have to face Utah, S. Maryland and Brooklyn. I think they will have to win out and get to 10-6 to have a shot at a WC spot.

            NC South
Well, I'm in a fight with Columbus yet again for the division. We face Morgantown, Motor City and Columbus. The last game between us could decide the division. Columbus has Charlotte, Punxsutawney, and Gainesville. It's hard to predict what will happen with these 2 teams, and don't be surprised to find both in the playoffs, one as the Division Winner and the other as a WC team.

            NC North
Ho hum, Dakota is in, the rest are out....I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Dakota makes the playoffs.

            AC WEST
WOW Utah is actually going to win their Division!! That's shocking!!! Oh wait a minute...don't they always win their division. Phoenix has 2 tough games, Utah and Brooklyn, and they can decide whether or not they make the WC. I think Denver has it a little harder with Boston and Utah the final 2 weeks, they need to win vs Los Alamos this weekend, or it's pretty much over for them.

            AC EAST
Punxsutawney is 4-0 in the division, and should be able to get to 6-0 if they can beat Ohio Valley this week, and if so I think they will lock up the division. If they lose to Ohio and then Columbus the following week, they could find them selves out of the playoffs, so it's a big week for them. Ohio Valley's big game is this week, win and you tie Punx for the division, then you've got Morgantown and Motor City. Motor City needs to win, and win the last 3, if they want a chance at the playoffs. Lake County is first up, then comes Gainesville, and Ohio Valley wraps up the season for them. They have it harder than the other two teams, but aren't officially out of the playoffs yet.

            AC SOUTH
Unless the wheels completely fly off the road and off into the sunset, New Orleans has the division wrapped up. That's the only hope Waco has in order to win the division. Waco can still make a WC spot though, so don't count them out yet. They go up against Port City, Las Vegas, and Memphis. None of those teams should scare Waco, and they control their own destiny. Win out, and you are pretty much guaranteed a WC spot. The only wrench in that is if Ohio Valley and Phoenix also win out, as Waco lost to both of them.

            AC North
Anchorage should win the division and we'll find out this week, as they face off against Kalispel. Win and the division is yours, lose and Kalispel goes to 7-7 while you fall to 8-6. Your road is easier than Kalispel's, but you don't really want to make it harder on yourself do you?

As you can see, a couple of division are very tight, and look like they will go down to the wire to decide who takes the division. I do think those tight divisions will also be the ones with the Wild Card teams, we'll all know more after this week of games. Good Luck to all!!

jeez I'll just use the 1.2 next time :(

Great breakdowns guys. We can lock down the #1 seed this week with a win against Phoenix, and then think about playing our backups after that versus chasing down 16-0. It'd be nice if we could pull off both, but Camden and Denver won't just lay down.

New Orleans have the division sealed due to the head2head results, so we could put the backups in now and totally rest up everyone. It's not going to happen until the 2nd seed is sealed though.
We probably need 2 wins to make sure of that, after losing to Anchorage earlier in the season.

All the current wildcard teams look tough. I wouldn't fancy San Fran or Columbus if I was in an NC Wildcard game!

I think we have to keep playing our A-team since Dakota can still steal our #1 seed away if we lose out and they win out.
