2029 Draft Utility is now available

The actual draft does not officially start until Friday, 05/10. At that time the draft clock will run from 8am - 11pm ET.

I will however be turning the draft on in an untimed fashion as of now. That has worked well in the past so we'll go ahead and follow suit once again. Just throwing this up now so people can start to check in and get registered.

I'll be trying to reach out to people as their teams picks' are up and would ask that if you are aware/around that you be courteous to your fellow owners and not hold the untimed portion hostage. If you're waiting on a deal, announcing your reasonable expectations for a timeframe would be most appreciated ("Hey everyone, I know I'm up, just waiting on someone to get back to me. The pick will probably not be in for x hrs . . ." or somesuch).

Please, when registering include a viable email address.

Once we go to the timed portion beginning at 8am next Monday:

Pick Times:
1st Round: 2.5 hours
Rounds 2-4: 2 hours
Rounds 5-7: 1.5 hours

IMPORTANT NOTES:


Upon logging into the draft utility for the first time, please register your team by entering the user name (The three letter city code found in the game), a password of your choice and an email account.

Please check the picks you have been assigned to make sure it matches what you think you have. I took the draft order from the latest league file, so if you have traded picks since then you will need to send those picks to the appropriate team via the utility interface as soon as possible.

The rest of the utility is pretty self explanatory and there are a ton of instructions throughout the utility. Let me know if you have any questions.

Utah makes its highest selection in the OSFL draft since at least 2014, and, at 1.8, makes WR Bob Hansen (UNLV) the top UTA draft pick on the current roster after CB Mitchell Prescott (1.13).

Would've been nice to grab Ireson too, but it's alright. Hansen only comes with the pressure of outdoing what Utah would have done with three 1s and a 2, so it's really nothing.

This is the pick we would have made at 1.2 if we had stayed there.

The draft starts at 4am Hawaii time, and ends at 4am UK time.

You've gotta hope to avoid those first few picks, and I need to avoid the last few. Trades become a lot harder at those extreme times
