It's a good thing Columbus didn't decide to sign our HC. They're the only team in the league with more hiring power than the Bees currently and that would have been a sucky dropoff.
Sam Conlan may be 61 but he is (deservedly so) a legend in Salt Lake City.
CLB did make a HC switch though, after the retirement of Alex Mayo, their coach of the last 16 years, after going 216-62 (0.777) and missing the playoffs only once, in his final year.
