  • 2028 AC Playoff picture

with 4 game remaining the playoff picture includes 8 teams in the hunt for the wildcard or division

    AC north

looks like nobody wants the division the 3 hopefuls Anchorage, while Washington, Portland and have lost 2 in a row and all sit at 5-7, only the division winner will get in. i have a horse or 2 in this race so ill refrain. and just say go Portland!

    AC south

Waco at 7-6 along with Memphis and Port city, both 6-6 look to win the division as well while the other 2 may still have an outside shot at a wild card spot but will need some help

    AC east

in the east its a bit more cut and dry Punxsutawney (8-4) and Ohio are (7-6) control their own fates keep winning and theyre good to go. they do play on the last day of the year so it could come down to the final day. the phills hold the edge winning in week 6 at home and with a 3-1 division record. both teams stretch runs are not easy both play 2 playoff contenders before that final game.

    Ac West

Pretty simple here unless utah starts its punter its got the division and looks to have home field throughout the playoffs 8-4 Phoenix has benefited
from an easy schedule. and is in the lead for the wc spot a game ahead of Ohio but with 2 of the last 4 against Utah and Columbus, and a very game Denver team they could easily find themselves home again for the post season without beating one of those 2 teams

Los Alamos and Lake County, both 5-7, still have a chance to make the post season if they run the table 9-7 could earn a wildcard

Wow!! Sharks are now 7-5 with a 3 picks by our defensive cornerstones, great and tight game agains Memphis on the road... Good game man, I enjoyed a lot... The only ver bad things for us was allowed a 84 Yard punt return for the score, We have all the aces in ST but we need more talent!! We will grab in the next draft without a doubt!!

Now a injured plagued Las Vegas from the hell of the NC West and 8-4 balance... We expect a snowy game who puts the game as a phisic battle!! Only the more strongr and focused team will earn the W and also half toe in the WC round!!!

    Go Sharks!!!!

Nice write up, Strick! I'd do one for our conference but it seems like almost everyone is still in the running. Maybe in a week or two!

with wk 14 in the books and things kind of clear up. With a loss and a Ohio win both teams are at 8-5 and control their own fate in the wild card race.....

HOWEVER with both teams winning Memphis and port city look to make the stretch run entertaining both are 7-6 just a game behind the leaders. however they play each other next so the loser will pretty much be out of the race considering Phoenix has victories over both teams.

Lake county and Los Alamos keep their hopes alive with wins getting them to 6-7, a Lake county win would take some pressure off phoenix, altho the riders have the "easier" schedule playing only 1 team with a winning record. and if Phoenix is lucky utah will have nothing to play for in the season finale. stay tuned as the fun continues

in fact looking again i believe Utah has already locked up home field throughout the playoffs!

And in the division nobody wants to win Anchorage fell away with a loss leaving Portland and Washington at 6-7 in contention for the division crown and locked in for the week 17 match up Portland will need some help but this race looks to go to the wire

We already have nothing to play for except Randy Boone reaching the 4000 yard mark for the first time in his career.

I should just sit him now for the final three games, but that seems like such a pity, given the year he's having.

well the playoff picture clears up just a bit more in the north portland and washington keep pace with each other and next week is gonna be interesting the bombers face Boston who is looking to keep homefield advantage in the NC while portland faces a camden team fighting to keep its playoff hopes alive. all leading up to the week 17 matchup

Waco has taken control of the division and memphis has kept pace however having lost to phoenix and ohio they need to finish a game ahead of either to get in right now all 3 are tied at 8-6.

Port city and Lake county sit at 7-7 and could wreak havoc with a win or 2

After that un-expected loss against Lake County my Play-offs expectations simply went down despite have a WC spot right now...

I will play against San Francisco and Puntxawney (Two leaders) with all the meet in the barbeque, but without Rex Brown and Sweet Sensation Carman, With Michael Peterson throwing incompletes like a pizzas don´t expect too much by us... A 8-8 finish will be acceptable in order to build for the next year with my Top-5 selection thanks to Prinzar and a Mid 1st round election by ourselves...

God of football still help us but I think is to late after that loss

So apart from Utah having the #1 seed it appears that everything else is still up in the air.

The #2 seed, the WC spots, the winner of each division. Unless Washington is out already on tiebreakers.

The winner of WAS v POR in week 17 should win the AC North.

i think Washington is out actually, they show up as yellow in game meaning theyve been eliminated

If they win they'd be tied for the division at 8-8 and would have swept the home and away series, no?
