Not liking our chances for the season after this one. I played with a full strength roster except at QB, and we struggled to distance ourselves when playing against the backups.

Is pre-season man!! Enjoy and prove somethings and any player!! You will earn a surprise for sure!! A lot players played good in the pre-season and earn a good spot playing good despite his bars not shows!!

Check it out Artie Hargrave from the Sharks (Ou yes, my dear sharks...) 34/34 really?? He was more than serviciable the past two years!! Maybe he can´t earn his starting spot 3rd year in arrow due Dexter Carman... This creeper rookie still show me week after week the truth about himself!!!

Like in the NFL you can be a millionar-chip dumb-ass who not produces as his salary show and you will earn a package and new destiny!! And for below players can show you how the football need to be played!!

Creeping in either direction is unmasking; it isn't a player actually getting better or worse. Development is a player getting better, but otherwise players are however good they are. They just gradually unmask and the 'potential' numbers you see gradually get less misleading over the years.

Foos already knows this I'm sure, but I 'know' it too and still get mislead regularly by a young masked player's OVR ratings. It's just hard to override what you see in the playercard, even when you know you probably should.
