I guess it befits the best quarterback in the league, in his prime, making his second deal.

5 years, $193.62 million, 57 million guaranteed....and $18.62 million in year 1 salary.

This guy is scheduled to cost 43 and 50 million respectively, in the last two years of his deal!

The Boone deal is all of a sudden looking like a bargain, at least relative to the expected cost of a franchise tag in the offseason. No, that's still probably cheaper.

This is why it took my so long to resign him, and had to tag him. The biggest contract I have ever given to anyone in any of the fof leagues I have been in. But like you said I had to pay or let him go somewhere else, and letting him go is not something I was going to do. Even with a team of scrubs I would be better off with him then another qb I feel.
