Our cohesion jumps up 10 points to 88 with Foley back in the fold. I like this Foley guy! Glad he made it back from injury. It seems to help with Sidharta as well. gg nelmsm.

We add three more starters to the injury list, if only for a couple of weeks.

McBriar threw an interception which was returned for a TD on either his first or second pass, I forget.

Fortunately, the team really buckled down after that and eked out a win. Duckworth was superb.

You can never have enough Duckworth, I say.

Our pass rush also has some bite in it with Hassett back. He was missed.

Gah, some huge turnovers this week deep in our own end along with some serious offensive struggles in the first half put us in too deep of a hole to climb out of. I liked how we performed other than those two little issues, so it wasn't all bad.. But it was bad enough to lose the game.

            Por/Anc

Defense showed up for Portland allowing:

            7 First Downs
            135 Total Yards
39 Yds Rushing on 21 Carries
            9 - 3 and Outs
            and 0 Points Allowed

Offense was very balanced running for almost 200 yds on 40 carries and Pleasant had an efficient game throw for 1 TD 0 Picks and 188 Yds.

At a mediocre 4-6 Portland is now 1 win away from the division lead and the 6th and final wild card spot.
Head Coach and GM of Portland Phantoms

Not a pretty win, but a very very necessary one. Tito Webb comes up big with an 81-yard kickoff return TD. gg Tom.

The other head of the coin was showed in Lake County this week... After contain Ireson for most of the game the veteran hit two caught and run to the house to dismantle the Shark´s secondary and put the Extreme ahead in the standings with one game remmaining between our...

                K. Giles disapointing year will cost his job this week and Cleghorn will take the starting job again after a year coming into the bench, but grabbing more playing time week after week... Maybe the lost of our star Center counts in this game but too many fumbles and low explosiveness this year was the cause.

                H. Palumbo played another non-caught nothing near to me day and I don´t know why V. Rose are stealing a lot snaps from him... But now Rainwater will be our Nickel man after the horrendous game Vinny was played recently...

See if this changes put the Sharks on the W way again... Now Brooklin come to Ohio with a 0 W... MAybe it will be a good way to start hittem...
