I was probably the second best bidder and you didn't overpay at all, except maybe in bonus. You had about 30 million more in bonus than I did.

So what happens to all of these 2 yr offers over $4 million? They are blocking legit offers from other teams. There needs to be penalities. Loss of draft picks

If they succeed, the deal is voided and the player goes back into FA.

Glancing at the high offers list I don't see anybody that has violated this.

Port City has one offer just now, but they are an AI team. So that's alright, I guess. Not really a big deal.
