Seeing all this bidding on Omar Sinclair reminds me of the time I threw everything I had at Marvin Daluiso. You all may be familiar with Daluiso from all the times I bitched about him and how he was dead cap weight I couldn't get rid of, after signing him to a 5-year, $36 million, max-bonus deal.

Well, once upon a time Daluiso was a 6th-year BPR stud (Heck, he's in year 13 now and *still* has 64 BPR) rated 52/52 overall. He was quite decent at holding down a starting position at a time of need, but *man* did he get useless quick. The fact that I couldn't do anything about it because of the bonus I had tied up in him, that was just a long-term killer that limited my options multiple years.

Just offer another offer for $4m over 2 years, or more for a 3 year deal. One of those offers was for a guy me and another team was bidding on. That 10k can make all the difference
