  • SIM COMPLETE - Exhibition Midweek 2

Ok, the final boring midweek turn before people have played any games is complete. Two trades made, league files available for download, HTML updated.

Once we start playing some actual games, these midweek turns will make sense as people adjust their rosters for injuries after each game, make trades, etc. I recognize that they've been boring, but they're very necessary and starting with tomorrow's games we're over the hump. Thanks for being patient.

Games tomorrow night! Get your exports in if you need to!

      Who's complaining about midweek FA?

Wait until they start dealing with injuries and having the CPU cutting players to make room for starters they picked up for you because your depth chart had players that couldn't play. :) Or even if you do sign players during a game sim, you'll wind up with more than the 46 man limit because they show up active... so then the CPU decides how to manage your depth charts for you. Oh, you set your depth chart, but it doesn't matter... you didn't set it for the guy you just picked up. Fun stuff.

Midweek FA. Learn to love it, newbs. Trust me. :)

Yes, I will love it then.

Not now. Too excited for games.

I've used the sims so far to renogiate with some of my current players and pick up a few free agents, but there hasn't been a ton to do. These midweek sims will be nice once the season starts to get everything fixed.

Without the good ol' midweek sim, I wouldn't have a Quarterback and my receiving corps would be only 2 deep. :)

It is a little like hurry-up-and-wait at this point. I'm pretty anxious, too. :)

I'm so psyched to get this first game in.
