Haven't even looked to see if anyone worthwhile (game not on this computer) -- but do we just submit contract offers ASAP or what?

FA Bidding.

The FA list sucks. It always does at this time. Just click on the FA, submit an offer--he'll have an asking range, never give what they're asking initially--and when you get confirmation of the offer it'll go to the commish with your export. Then you wait to see if he accepted, or if anyone else has bid for him. Then the fun begins.
