If you didn't get a file from me, did you get a file from anybody? If not, then it looks like this MIDWEEK16 release might be exactly identical to the 15 complete release. So if you're running the sim off this one, a number of people might be missing their already submitted updates.

For those who are wondering why I'd bring in a 12 rated special teams guy to replace a SLB rated at 47, well consider this:

He's an exceptional affinity and he played for my team for something like 10 or 12 years. I'm hoping those two things add up to more than just being good on ST. And no, I'm not playing him at linebacker, he's a gunner all the way, but I like that affinity and hope it helps the team.

His previous time spent with the team won't matter. Since you added him back this year after time off, he has one year on your team for all intents and purposes. Even if that weren't the case, I *think* the cohesion effect would only take place when he's on the field, since it's calculated on a per-play basis.

Also, keep in mind his ST play takes a certain hit due to Significant rust, rust which can't go away by playing on ST (how annoying!)

It's probably not that much. And he might get a few plays in regardless of where he is on the depth chart just because he's active.
