Ok... so now what?

Ok, here's another one. I go to my team just fine. Make changes... but I can't save unless I quit and it gives me the option to save. So I save, and then reload the file... none of my changes took effect. Do I have to always reload my gameplans?

All the changes to my depth chart was not saved.. i have to re-do everything :(

Do we have to gameplan for the preseason to sub in back ups or will that happen automatically?

You can handle this several different ways, but I just set my starters time to a very low percentage unless it is a young guy who I want to get more experience. If I have a veteran QB as my starter, I usually set his time to "1" or "2".

'Tis better to lose in preseason and save the starters than win and lose them for the regular season. Although, I do play the last game of the preseason like it's a regular game, just to see how the gameplan works.

You never know when you'll find a player that just jumps out at you!

Does the coding allow FAs (a la Fast Willie Parker) or late round WR (Colston) become stud?

Absolutely, but it usually doesn't happen overnight and it usually takes Playing Time to bring the guy around.

YOu can save your gameplans, but I don't know if that affects your depth charts and stuff.
It seems that you can't save any of those chagnes, instead you have to do all your work in one sitting, other than the game plan.
