They're on the roster page in game, under the "Attitude Advisory" option.

And mentors help with hot heads?

Is there anything you can do to avoid a redflag player from disrupting the team? or is there anything you need to do with a mentor? Does he have to start? on the bench?

Also what does intelligence do? I can see how it may help a QB, but what about a Dlineman?

From reading the help tabs in the training camp screen, it appears that increased "team function" time can decrease the disruptive effects of bad chemistry. I believe that extends to red flag players as well, although, I would be very leery of a red flag player.
