Two things...

1. I don't see a need for a FA board all to itself.
2. Most leagues have a section for "press" type stuff--team press releases, season previews, that sort of thing. IHOF has two. Check out http://www.fof-ihof.com/phpBB2/index.php

1. The forum would basically just be for FA discussion, but I do see what you mean. We could easily use the general forum for that type of discussion.

2. This is up to Cam, but for the OOTP, all press releases were posted to the league site's main page. It made it much more attractive. If he doesn't plan for us to do that with the OSFL, then we can create a forum for such.

It's already built into the site, I just need to create a link. I like having it on the front page as well, especially if people write newspaper like articles.
