Welcome aboard! I'll add you to the owners list. South Fork, Colorado?
We already have one team in Denver, so if the powers that be decide that South Fork is too close to support two teams there, you might be asked to relocate. Just a heads up.

Ok. Only problem is, we already have teams in Portland and Washington state. Any chance of you relocating to an unoccupied territory? I'm sorry to not be able to grant your first choice, but we're trying to keep the markets a reasonable distance apart from each other for financial reasons.

Idaho works. Thanks for being flexible. We're using a level start across the board for the finances, but teams clustered too close to each other will suffer down the road when areas can't support two teams from a financial or attendance perspective.
Idaho Frogs? Or something else?
