Ok, here's where I'm at so far.
I can't decide on a background, so there is none. I have some "fillers" in there until I put the rest of the logos in.

But, what do you think?

Added some logos, moved one that was a mistake. I only need 12 more logos. If you don't like how the "cut-out" of your logo looks, let me know. I want this banner to look good for everyone, because it's going to represent our league. So let me know.
