Assuming the game follows the current NFL Wild Card tiebreak rules, Punxsutawney.

Current NFL Wild Card tie breaking rules for two teams not in the same division (if in the same division then Division Record is tiebreaker #2, then Conference Record).

    1: Head-to-head: N/A
    2: Conference Record: KAL 8-4, PNX 8-4
3: Common Games, minimum four: KAL 1-4, PNX 2-3
    Kalispel wins: New Orleans
Losses: Washington, Ohio Valley, Washington, Denver
Punxsutawney wins: New Orleans, Ohio Valley
    Losses: Ohio Valley, Denver, Washington
4: Strength of victory*: KAL 0.410, PNX 0.420
5: Strength of schedule*: KAL 0.531, PNX 0.502
    *As of week 16.

That is, if I'm understanding the "common games" correctly. Each team played five games against common opponents, but there were only four common opponents involved with Kalispel playing Washington twice and Punxsutawney playing Ohio Valley twice.

There have only been three other occasions that I've found since the league began that a Wild Card spot was decided by tiebreaker #3 (2010 Waco over Motor City there were not enough common games so it went to Waco on Strength of Victory). Oddly enough two of these occasions also involve Kalispel.

2016 NC Wild Card Tiebreaker (result: San Francisco over Chicago)

    1: Head-to-head: N/A
    2: Conference Record: CHI 7-5, SFO 7-5
3: Common Games, minimum four: CHI 1-3, SFO 2-2
    Chicago wins: Dakota
    Losses: Pearl Harbor, Dakota, Camden
San Francisco wins: Pearl Harbor, Pearl Harbor
    Losses: Dakota, Camden
4: Strength of victory: CHI 0.368, SFO 0.438
5: Strength of schedule: CHI 0.457, SFO 0.520

2013 AC Wild Card Tiebreaker (result: Phoenix over Kalispel)

    1: Head-to-head: N/A
    2: Conference Record: KAL 7-5, PHO 7-5
3: Common Games, minimum four: KAL 2-3, PHO 3-2
    Kalispel New Orleans, Anchorage
    Losses: Punxsutawney, Anchorage, Utah
    Phoenix wins: Anchorage, Utah, Utah
    Losses: New Orleans, Punxsutawney
4: Strength of victory: KAL 0.382, PHO 0.400
    5: Strength of schedule: KAL 0.485 , PHO 0.528

2007 AC Wild Card Tiebreaker (result: Kalispel over Pheonix)

    1: Head-to-head: N/A
    2: Conference Record: KAL 7-5, PHO 7-5
3: Common Games, minimum four: KAL 3-2, PHO 2-3
    Kalispel Wins: Portland, Portland, Memphis
    Losses: Los Alamos, Motor City
Phoenix wins: Los Alamos, Los ALamos
    Losses: Portland, Memphis, Motor City
4: Strength of victory: KAL 0.508, PHO 0.485
    5: Strength of schedule: KAL 0.414 , PHO 0.438

So, I get shafted for the 3rd time.......... Every year I have a winning record. Maybe I will lose and don't have to worry about it.
