I feel for the guys at the top without the 'can't-miss' QB there. But looks like a pretty good draft defensively. And not like it's without its offensive talent. Montano looks like 100% beast, and maybe even a WR convert. RB Kinney doesn't look too far behind, and WR Southern looks worth a top pick.

Happy I have 2 firsts and seconds. There looks to be some nice high-end talent here. (Even if it's not at WR )

Yeah I was really wanting a QB. I don't know what to think of Southern, the guy can fly. Seems like a reach for me at 3 so I am likely to consider trading down

Some interesting talent here. Didn't look closely yet but it does look like no QBs.

            Yeah, I'm not liking this.

Bets on when the first QB is taken? I'm thinking somewhere in 15-17 range.

Agree. # of first round QBs? I think 2...probably not more.

I say 5 go in the first round because of the threat of a lockout.

Haha! I've been wrong before definitely. There was one year I felt the QB class was down and something like four went anyway. Thinking about it four seems like an average number. I *think* this year will be a tad below average though.

I kinda glanced at the top prospects and really wouldn't be surprised if none go in round 1. Or if they do, they go late in the round when the risk/reward ratio gets better. My division rival in another league tells me there's a pretty high chance the top QB in any draft class is going to be a franchise QB. I think he might be just putting me on though and trying to get me to pick a turd...

None of their combines are all the impressive to me. Some are good at one things or another, but then have a zero somewhere else.

I'm going to interview them all though. ;)

The annoying thing with QBs - they are hard to figure out and can be imperfect in many crippling ways. Unless you're Washington Yuma Boston or Camden, who I'm pretty sure could convert their backup defensive tackle to QB and get a 90+ QBR out of them

When I picked Boone I was pretty clueless / didn't pay attention to anything other than the mask and the avoid ints. He's a stud of course, but now I realize he only has human accuracy, which is actually very annoying.

Second look at the QBs: I see some interesting candidates here. I could see two or three going in round 1, which I'm sure means that 4 are gonna go. Pat Cooley: poor man's Cary Money? I can see someone's sig next year now...."living and dying by the 3 rated Pat Cooley."

There be monsters available on defense. Good lord.

Conversely, what an abysmal bunch of QBs.

Southern should go top 5, maybe top 3 then, right?

                              2022 Draft Discussion

I'm ready to rock and roll. With the first overall pick in the 2022 draft, the Boston Fightin Irish select:

RB Max "The Silver Hammer" Montano

Max is going to be the thunder while Cary Money is tossing lightning strikes. The Boston offense will be exponentially better with an elite ball carrier to take some of the pressure off the pass game.
