Ha, thanks. They were kind of a happy accident.

I should have mentioned this in the article, but mega-kudos to Clay for the uniform help.

The A-ball Unis were one of those things where we ended up liking the Uni idea/concept so much, we actually changed the original logo.

I can't even tell you how many PMs we passed back and forth to do these unis/logos.... but I give Skerik major credit. Dude knew what he wanted. We did a shit-ton of fine tuning.

Sorry. My team name has ties to nobility and royalty and the color purple has been used for centuries to denote wealth and opulence. So I thought it was a natural fit.

Let me know if you see any purple fucking bats and I'll think about switching colors.

Only 12 more years before you play your home games in San Antonio.

                Nice unis.

Everybody is leaving Vegas. First Matt, now Sin City.

Love the new uniforms. Gonna be weird to not see the Gamblers anymore. Nice to see another team in the dirty South.

But I'm moving there, so it's all good.

For some reason this made me laugh pretty hard.

Well there goes my plan to move the Brawlers to Montreal, thanks a lot Skerik.

Nice writeup and good luck in the new home. Do you have any real life ties to New Orleans?

Man, I stole people's colors, stole people's cities....sorry Spear. I figured Montreal was safe, as you live in Toronto. But I would welcome another neighbor in Canada if you felt like moving to Toronto or elsewhere.

My only real life ties to NOLA are having been there several times for Jazz Fest, which is amazing. I haven't been there post-Katrina, but getting back there is high on my list of things to do. It's definitely a pretty dirty city overall, but it has a flavor all its own and the music and the food are both out of this world.
