I love your catcher/DH problem. It's a good problem to have, really. Great opportunity to rest one and still keep him in the lineup.

I'm still waiting for your defense writeup because I really want to talk about your rotation.

Also, I've had Cannell getting some starts in LF over spring training. Back in 86, when Mark Jerome was the "other" catcher, he started a handful of games there and struggled defensively. He probably won't play there much during the season, but if he can shore up his defense out there at all, it will give me a little more flexibility with the lineup.

The Catcher in LF experiment is always fun. Rod Phillips made a blooper reel this SIM trying to make the transition. The bastard is giving runs away, but then drops a .422 OBP and I just can't be mad at him.

Same thing when I used to play Fortin in LF.

He only had two errors in 15 games, but they were both in the same game and cost us the win. But, that's much better than I expected. With Dani Rodriguez making a strong (to quite strong) case to get some ABs... it's making for a tough little decision.

Phillips made 4, but, to be fair, my whole team was awful defensively this SIM. I think Woodbury was the only everyday player without an error.

How many runs is a guy with a range of 8 and an error of 4 saving you over a guy with a range of 6 and an error of 6?
