        I think it goes by wins first, then goes by saves as a tiebreaker.

            It's not by wins or saves. There's a formula that we're not understanding or isn't being explained correctly.

                                I've been going through the list of players and unless I just missed a name, I'm assuming that the active player is in free agency because I can't find anyone with stats beyond 1987.
