Didn't know if anyone noticed...
But Syracuse is listed as the #1 Farm System. They have 10 of the top 100 prospects in the entire BLB, including:
#3 LF Justin Chewning
#5 3B Hector Carbajal
#7 SS Raul Zamora
#36 CF Tynan Cutter
#39 SP Jerry Sizemore
#55 C Teagan Cannell
#66 SP Joe Valadez
#77 C Mark Jerome
#90 CF Joe Esquivel
#95 SP Shunsen Miyamoto
They have the #3, #4, and #5 best hitting prospects in all of the BLB. The Baseball America point system has them at 200 points. That is 56 points more than the #2 team on the list the Indianapolis Clowns. For those that don't look at the system report much, 200 points is 2 points less than the bottom eight teams in the league.
Enjoy playing those guys for the next 10 years Pilsner.

The Washington Bats are the #5 best system in the BLB. Pretty good, pretty, pretty good.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

So what does everyone think of their BA Top 20 Prospects?
I agree with a lot of them, but there are a few that made my list that I am shocked to even see there. And I am equally shocked that some names are not there.
Anyone else?Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

I am very surprised that there are not more pitchers in mine and this may apply to other teams as well. In the old version of the game a couple of my AAA starters were on my top 10 list (near the bottom of it) but as soon as we made the switch, they were not even in the top 20.
Before my recent trades I had 19 position players and one reliever on the list even though I have several pitchers who, in my opinion, are far better prospects than some of the guys on that list.

Yeah, that is how mine is too. I mean, I understand why a bunch of relievers are not on the list. They are relievers. But I have only two pitchers on the top 20 list.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

I have some relievers that deserve to be on my list before some of my position prospects. I mean, you cant discount relievers just because they are what they are.
I'd gladly trade in some of my posistion prospects for some more of my reliever prospects, more specifically the ones that the list is ignoring.
Eh, but who knows. Maybe my scout likes them more than he should.

I think when the game first came out it overvalued relievers and, as with a lot of the things this game does, the adjustment was an exaggerated shift on what was needed and has never been corrected.
