Agreed.
Pawtucket still had a bare system, but now my guy thinks we at least have a few more journeyman. Guess thats good.
Oh and "5" seems different now compared to 16 especially contact. Seen a few guys rate a 5 but say "Should bat .220"PAWTUCKET PATRIOTS

Where can see if our players are rated in Top #200 Prospects list. Is it in the player development? I can't see it.

It lists your minor league affiliates and records. Plus has a depth chart on the right showing you your best current players or potential players at each position.
On the bottom left, it lists your prospects and also includes a rating next to their name.Denver Bulls

I looked last night and didn't see it.
I think it was replaced with position ranking or something like that. I meant to post about it last night but forgot.

Alistair "Colin" Whaley debuts as our best prospect and #7 on the Top Prospects list. I'm not sure when the last time was that we had a guy debut this high. Maybe Todd Taylor debuted this high, but I don't remember.

I'm not surprised that Whaley debuted Top 10 at all. I actually thought he might debut higher. If you looked at the Top 100 at the BLB and the amateur level's it was clear the game has some new evaluation for CFs. Willie Londono, who I like but far from elite, is currently the #1 prospect in the BLB. In HS, NCAA and CCBL, there was a CF in the #1-#5 range of top prospects. Shit, even CF Jackson Simmons (PIT), a late 3rd rounder, debuted Top 100 and the guy hit .214 in college with a .647 OPS. Clearly, the new OOTP engine likes CFs.
As for Bernardi not debuting, I think he will emerge over time. According to the Org Player Development Org Depth Chart, he ranks below only Tom King (#3 Top 100) in potential at SP. That means he has higher potential, according to this, than McVicker (#15 Top 100) , Brooks (#19) and Lensini (#28).
However, the fact that he didn't even make my ORG Top 20, is a bit troubling.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-

SS Alex Velez who I think will end up a steal didn't crack our top 20 org either. Yet former 9th round phenom C Dave 'I suck' Finkelstein is?? Interesting.
I wouldn't worry at all. Still have to use your judgement in this game. Maybe even more now???PAWTUCKET PATRIOTS
