  • Big update after the 1/1 OSA re-scout. Washington falls down to 21st! Lowest we have been in as long as I can remember. This group better win a title.

I take it some of your players were just overhyped?

I noticed on my Org the guy I never had faith in dropped to 91st. Lol, I tried trading him a few times, but sadly people used common sense.

C Stephen Pierce, who once was as high as I think the #3 best prospect, is now completely off the list, not even considered a prospect. No one believed the ranking but losing points like that will drop you down the ranks.

I think he's too old to be considered a prospect. Players usually fall off the list at age 26, which Pierce turned in September.

Maybe the list enforces the age limit on January 1. There are zero 26 year olds on the list.

              • Well will you look at that?

Fred Griffith (A), one of the guys that I sent to Denver and "got over" on Carlos with in the McPherson trade, debuted at #55 on the Top Prospects List.

Thus far Griffith (McPherson), Mares (Rodriques) and Richards (Verba) are in the Top 100.

Prospects bust all the time. We shall see.

I think Griffith becomes a Travis Krummen type.

I was just illustrating the fact good prospects don't have to be on the Top 100 or have eye popping rating potential.

Did anyone notice the HTML is different from in game? I know sometimes it changed day to day, but how can some guys go from being a top 25 to completely off the list?

This likely is what happened to Darryl Dellinger.

I wish I knew. He will get another shot this Spring Training and hopefully will show up. I had this conversation with Mike a few days ago and it started to to concern me that he is 26 and hasnt lived up to expectation. Not sure if its some of his intangibles or what but im concerned.
