The draft got entered, so there's been a bit of a shift as the newcomers joined the list.

For us, SS Ruben Velasquez is in at 34 while 1B Colin Anderson is 64. We're still 2nd on the Top Systems list, though we aren't far behind Philadelphia and 10 of our guys are in the top 65. We'll see how they develop.

I called Anderson (drafted a pick before me) as the last Top 100 guy available. As expected, I had no Top 100 debuts. Still #1 player though.

I like Anderson. I'm a little surprised he's so solidly in the rankings, but I think he's got really good potential at the plate.

I'm happy Velasquez is pretty high. Internationals always confuse me (and my scout), but this ranking at least solidifies to me that he does have some talent.

Both those guys are years away from helping though. I was hoping to overtake Philly on the Top Systems list, but we just can't catch those guys. That's a good system they've got there.

Robby Williams was a throw-in in a trade with Wilmington a few years back. He just hit the Top 100 again as Sadaharu falls off due to BLB service time. He has been working his tale off these last couple of years and I just hope he can put it together enough to get chance at the show.

I think Hector will be a good contact guy, should hit low .300's if he makes his progression. But his WE may be an issue. We'll see in about 2003......

Not only has his ratings shot up, but least watching him pitch in the farm he's backing it up.

Ito should be the next one. Another guy my scout was sort of in love with.

5 pitchers in the top 100 so it would be nice to get a few hitters rolling. It may not look it, but the future is starting to take shape in Pawtucket.

He favored ability so not sure. My new scout favors tools so I won't know what to expect honestly. All I know is since my scout upgrade, he started climbing up the top 100 charts. Just turned 22 so time will tell.
