    • If it matters, that "Great Haul" I got in my trade with Dallas came in as 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th best prospects in my system and nowhere near the BA Top 100.

Just sayin'... Nice players... but nothing to write home about.

I was never impressed with the "Great Haul." I'm honestly not even sure how impressed our peers were, I just think it was a great opportunity to give you shit.

May be right. Good trade material though.

And Noel could pitch this season. He can battle Gus Jenkins to see who gets the first shot (though Jenkins will be worlds better).

          • My only top 100 prospect left is Morgan, and he's not even a prospect anymore.

We got 6, with a slew of young players already in the BLB. They can "Mock the Bock" now but they won't be laughing later in this decade.

Absolutely. Throw in Los Alamos' #4 system and there's a lot of good talent coming up in the Bock.

Just hit the top 100 for the first time. OSA has a lot of faith in the kid. We usually whiff on high school draftees, hopefully he can bloom into a serviceable pitcher.

                      • T.J. Cook climbed over Soto. Expected that after Soto's TJ Surgery. Luckily, he's still Top 100.

Alvarez jumped into the Top 100 in January at #99. He's now #77. Have a lot of hope in that kid.

Still don't understand Player Cards vs. Top Prospects List. Alvarez's Player Card says he's #85. Top Prospects List has him #77.

Pretty sure the player card is a one time ranking per year on a specific date, whereas the Top Prospects List is dynamic.

                            Ok, then explain this:

Baseball America Top 100 Prospects List Published
Monday, April 6th, 1992: The season is about to start, so it's time for Baseball America to publish the annual Top 100 Prospects list. This year 22-year-old left fielder Ramo Cavadas of the Los Lunas Javelinas is the #1 prospect overall.

                            Here is the top 10:
                            1) LF Ramo Cavadas, 22, Los Lunas Javelinas
                            2) SP Ki-hyeon Lim, 24, California Kodiaks
                            3) SP Doug Coates, 22, Morgantown Mohawks
                            4) SP Pat Dimmick, 23, Los Alamos Bandits
                            5) 1B Rex Morgan, 25, Pittsburgh Millers
                            6) LF Yidir Adili, 23, Morgantown Mohawks
                            7) SP Gus Jenkins, 25, Virginia Colonials
                            8) CF Vctor Escamilla, 23, Baltimore Bulldogs
                            9) SP Val Aparicio, 18, Carolina Tobs
                            10) RF Wes Farmer, 25, California Kodiaks

That's the list on the front news page, dated 04/06/92 AKA the current date in-game. Nice list . . .except it doesn't match the current in-game top 100 lists. Cavadas is 4th on the current list, Escamilla is 14th, Wes Farmer is 22nd, etc. I've always understood the top 100 list to be dynamic, but is it so dynamic that it doesn't even match itself at the same point in the space time continuum?

Yes. This version of the game is far superior to anything we've ever witnessed before in our lives.

                              Or, I don't know?
