Reports out of California today are very exciting for Kodiak fans! On the heels of an offseason that saw the team sign Diewert, Stark, Gosser, and trade for Ackers and Webber, the team has now found a diamond in the rough in 16 year old SS Arzhir Khorenian. When asked about the young player, his manager responded, "A-Train is the best young prospect to come out of these parts in my 40 years. He punishes the ball to all fields! I'd compare him to a 16 year old version of Nomar Garciaparra or Hanley Ramirez. There is no end to the heights this young man can reach!"

I guess time will tell, but high praise indeed!
